This cottage also known as La Vida Margarita is fully stocked with all the comforts from a home at the beach, but is within a few short miles from Walt Disney World® Resort and minutes away from Island H20 Waterpark and a newly opened 196,000 sq. ft shopping, entertainment and dining district; The Promenade at Sunset Walk. 

Wasting away in Margaritaville will be a breeze in this 8 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom three story cottage located lakefront. With a private pool and spillover spa, tropical landscaping, 2 balconies with incredible water views including a covered 3rd floor party deck complete with dining tables, sun loungers and sectional sofa seating, this is the perfect home made for relaxation. As you walk through the door, you will be captivated by the beach feel! This home-away-from-home includes a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar seating for 4 and a dining table suited for 6. 

Vacationing at La Vida Margarita will feel like paradise! Coastal and stylish decor come together in this spacious cottage, as well as comfort. Each floor of the home has bedrooms to accommodate all that stay after the long adventurous days, including four primary suites with king beds; 2 of which have access to the balconies with front row seats to amazing views. Three Queen rooms are located on the first and second floors and the last bedroom is located on the third floor, perfect for the kids with three double beds and a sectional sofa to hang out. If you are traveling as a large group, our Margarita Manor is conveniently located right next door! 

Don't miss your chance to waste away in Margaritaville with your very own 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath, three story cottage with two primary suites. It is full of upgrades boasting a private pool and spa, multicade sit down arcade, tropical landscaping, 3 balconies with incredible water views including a covered 3rd floor party deck complete with additional dining table, sun loungers and a sectional seating area great for entertaining. Blend your favorite margarita with the Mixer included in the rental or whip up a cocktail with the fridge made ice balls! You will love floating around in your own private pool while soaking up the Florida sun at this tropical oasis.

Guests will have access to all resort amenities excluding the Fins Up Beach Club.  Access includes the Margaritaville Hotel, Resort Shuttle, all bars, shops and restaurants at Sunset Walk and Island H20 Water Park (with paid entry).  A day pass to the Fins Up Beach Club can be obtained by purchasing a spa service.  Please inquire for more information.
