About Sandra Nieves

Sandra Nieves is the Central Florida Area Manager, AVP for Fidelity National Title's East District managing their Winter Park and Winter Garden offices. She started in the title industry in 1997. She has experience in processing and closing residential, builder, investor and REO transactions. Sandra’s recent experience includes overseeing the title division of our REO department, conducting escrow closings and managing Fidelity’s auction business. She is a licensed title insurance agent and is an expert in curative title work.
